Account Executive
| | We are seeking a proven IT Solutions Sales Professional for the Ottawa Region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful experience in selling IT solutions and consulting services at multiple levels.
This is a position that will require strong independent contribution, as you will develop business solutions by understanding client requirements, their organizations objectives, our product capabilities and future industry developments and trends to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts cold calls, prospects and qualifies account opportunities
- Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
- Identifies and creates business needs with decision makers
- Creates and communicates the value of Integra solutions with prospects and clients
- Builds relationships at all levels within organizations
- Closes opportunities
- Develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts

Systems Analyst
| | We are seeking a Systems Analyst to provide second and third level supoprt for a government department IT Help desk.
This is a position that will require the administration of various electronic mail entities such as user accounts and distribution lists, the troubleshooting of client and server problems, and ensuring availability, reliability and security of electronic mail systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide second and third level support to the Messaging Operations group.
- Provide expert advice to resolve various MS Exchange issues.
- Monitor Messaging Operations to ensure efficiency, availability and reliability of departmental email services.
- Prioritize and complete client requests; prioritize and resolve troubleshooting calls and other issues related to the corporate messaging environment; perform MS Exchange administration tasks.
- Analyze mail requirements, prepare and submit recommendations to management and/or to support team; plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of solutions and corrective measures to sustain and improve the corporate messaging structure.
- Assist the Messaging Analyst and the Senior Messaging Support Specialist to deliver a variety of projects related to Messaging Infrastructure
- Document problem troubleshooting and resolution procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows NT, Windows 2000, and WIndows Server 20003 environments.
- Experience with Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003 server environments and related mail clients such as Outlook 2000, Outlook 2003, and Outlook Web Access
- Experience with Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP desktops
- Experience with Antivirous software
- Experience with Helpdesk support envionments and problem tracking systems and processes.
- Experience with Office Automation tools, systems management, tracking and reporting tools.
